Introduction

The purpose of this blog is to get people up to speed quickly on knowing what’s happening here and partaking of it with greater understanding and appreciation. Every year there are roughly 600 fine arts performances on the Grand Strand from Calabash to Georgetown. This includes 100 classical music and jazz concerts, 100 art events, 100 author and poet presentations and 300 performances of 30 plays. The Music Scene

The Carolina Master Chorale is recognized as the premiere symphonic chorus in the region covering northeast South Carolina and southeast North Carolina and is the oldest community singing organization in the area surrounding Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, home of the CMC.
